Rate your stress level on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being "Cool as a Cucumber" and 10 being "Hair-on-Fire Panic Mode." Remember, it's just a number – not your life's Yelp review!

2. De-Stress Playlist:

Create a playlist with your favorite upbeat songs. Have a dance party break whenever stress comes knocking. Bonus points for embarrassing dance moves! 💃🎶

3. Cartoon Caption Contest:

Find a funny cartoon online and add your own stress-related caption. Share it with a friend and have a chuckle together. Laughter is the best stress antidote!

4. Master the "Desk Yoga Pose":

When stress strikes, strike back with the "Virtual Stretching CEO." Raise your hands above your head, stretch to the sky, and imagine yourself crushing stress like a pro wrestler. 🤼‍♂️

5. Breathe Like a CEO:

Try the "Balanced Breathing Technique." Inhale for the count of 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4. Repeat until you feel calm – and more zen than a garden gnome.

Take a break to savor a snack mindfully. Pretend you're a food critic narrating a dramatic tasting experience. Extra points if you rate your stress level in food emojis!

Grab a piece of paper and doodle your stress away. Scribble, draw, or make abstract art – whatever floats your stress-busting boat.

8. Stress Myth Busting:

Write down a stress-related myth, then write the scientific truth next to it. Realizing that stress doesn't turn your hair into spaghetti can be oddly comforting.

9. The Funny Fortune Cookie:

Write a funny, stress-relieving "fortune" on a sticky note and place it where you'll see it often. Chuckle whenever you read it – extra fortune points if it rhymes!

10. Laugh Break Roulette:

Create a list of your favorite funny websites or social media accounts. When stress hits, pick one for an instant laugh break. Just beware of sudden snort-laughing!
